 We develop and tailor Realistic Self Protection Programs, Seminars and Classes to both individuals and groups of all ages. The Concepts are based upon the individual rather than learning things that seem unnatural or require a lot of time to become proficient. By using a simple learning structure the concepts can be taught to anyone and can be retained more easily. 

These classes are suitable for all beginners and taught in a safe and friendly environment, there is no need to be able to do 100 press ups or full splits as the programs taught do not require this so any build or gender can participate. With the aid of an XTreme Urban Concept Instructor/Self Protection Trainer your confidence and fitness will soon improve with regular practice as well as your ability to handle stressful and demanding encounters. 

 

At the moment the programs that are taught by XTreme Urban Concepts Are,

        Ju Jitsu

                        This is a Japanese martial art, which uses throw, strikes (with all parts of the body) restraints (joint locks, pressure points, strangles and holds) and fighting from and on the ground.  With this program there is a grading system that you can progress through to Black Belt and beyond.

 

          Self Protection

                             This is based on some of the principles from Ju Jitsu, but does not rely on the individual being physically strong or flexible.  Within this class every day clothes are worn and there are no grading’s or kata’s
